O’Callaghan’s is a family run restaurant located in Lower Cork St, Mitchelstown, Co. Cork. O’Callaghan’s has survived through two recessions since 1987 and in January 2013, we celebrated our 25th birthday. Pat and Mary run the restaurant daily with the help of their three children Paddy, Tom and Kate and their wonderful staff, past and present.
Our Head Chef, Paddy O’Callaghan is a graduate of Waterford Institute of Technology. He spent three months on a scholarship at the world renowned Johnson & Wales University, in Providence Rhode Island. Since then, he has worked in Cork City and Perth, WA before returning home to work in the family business.
